4. How We Share Your Information

Your personal information is shared only with:

  • Roofing companies that you specifically select when requesting a quote
  • Solar installation companies in your area, only if you opt in to a solar consultation
  • Sponsored contractors who have purchased territory sponsorships covering your ZIP code (they receive your lead information when you submit a quote in their sponsored area)

We also use the following service providers to operate our website:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — website analytics and traffic measurement
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (quote confirmations, claim verification, contact form messages)
  • Vercel — website hosting and serverless infrastructure

These service providers access your information only to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.

5. Communications

By submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted by the selected roofing company(ies) and, if opted in, a solar installer. Contact may be made by phone, email, or text message regarding your project. You may opt out of future communications at any time by contacting us.

Contractors who receive lead emails can opt out of future lead notifications using the unsubscribe link included in every lead email, or by contacting us directly.

6. "Do Not Sell or Share" Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. When you submit a quote request, your information is shared only with the specific roofing companies you selected and, where applicable, the sponsored contractor for your ZIP code. This sharing is necessary to fulfill the service you requested and is not a "sale" or "sharing" as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), or similar state privacy laws.

We do not sell or share personal information for the purpose of targeted advertising, profiling, or any form of cross-context behavioral advertising. Like similar home services platforms, we provide transparency about how your data is used and give you control over your information.
